Usually, the reminder systems are maintained by organization as separate entity, where a beneficiary wouldn't get access to. but this is a collaborative environment. Create a reminder for others; in a moment they will get access to control the reminder.

That's the beauty of our system, even if you change your mobile number, your existing reminders and connections wouldn`t get affected. All you have to do is, update your new mobile number in your account followed by a verification process. It is simple and easy.

We will not share your reminder info with any third party. Since the reminders are very personal in nature; our privacy policy covers it, for more clarity please read our privacy policy.

Due to system load issues, we have implemented this logic. In normal operation users will not get this message, unexpectedly if you encounter this message, click on relevant top menu item once and continue.

If you face this often, please bring it to our notice by feedback form.

In our continuous effort to make it spam free platform, we do automatic scanning of the reminder SMS messages. When system identifies a possible spam, it marks the SMS as spam. afterwards, we manually evaluate them to qualify.

Your Number, may not an opt-in number, System can't deliver any reminders to Non Opt-in number during this time. To resolve this send sms ACCEPT SREMIN to 09620901212 from your mobile.

In case if you are not opt-in to shortreminders.com, By law we forced to send your reminder between 9AM to 9PM. So, the reminders, which are scheduled outside this time frame, will put on hold till time ticks between 9AM to 9PM.

You can by pass this barrier by sending an sms ACCEPT SREMIN to 09620901212, and get your reminders on time!

In case you have changed your mobile number then you can talk to our customer rep (@ 080-60 500 121), he/she will connect all your existing reminders to the new number and your existing connection with your service vendors remain intact. (or) Raise your concern through feedback form, we will address the issue from our end.

Still if you decide to terminate your account, send sms CANCEL MY ACCOUNT to 09620901212 from your subscribed mobile number. Our customer rep will do the needful with in 48 hrs.

Yes, of course you can. If you join with your old number then probably, you will recover your reminders too, to activate your old account send sms REACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT to 09620901212 from your mobile number. Our customer rep will do the needful with in 48 hrs.
